Keñya Edmondson currently serves as the Vice President of Sterile Injectable Operations in Pfizer’s Global Supply organization, leading some of Pfizer’s largest manufacturing sites. She has been in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and gene therapy field for more than 33 years. Keñya is a dynamic leader that brings forth a wealth of knowledge across several functional areas including R&D, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Technical Services, Manufacturing, Program Management, Business Development, Strategy, Business Development and Diversity & Inclusion. Over the course of her career, Keñya has held roles of increasing responsibility at companies like Bayer, Sanofi, Wyeth, AveXis, Novartis, and as well as many years at Pfizer leading aseptic formulation and filling operations, Tech Services and Quality teams. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Pre-Med Biology from Hampton University and a Master of Science degree in Industrial Pharmacy from Long Island University, she is passionate about encouraging careers in STEM and mentoring others. Keñya is a servant leader who leads with compassion and empathy to deliver results.
