Speaker Bio: Erdem Celik is an accomplished professional with over 16 years of experience in the consumer durables manufacturing industry. Currently serving as the Factory Director at Arcelik Group’s Romania Refrigerator facility, he has held various management roles in Production, Quality, Investment, and Digital Transformation. Erdem’s expertise lies in driving digital transformation and optimizing production and quality processes. He has successfully led the growth and digitalization of the Eskisehir Refrigerator Factory-6, focusing on large volume high-end refrigerator production and quality improvement. During this period, Factory was designated as a World Economic Forum Lighthouse in 2021 for its embrace of Fourth Industrial Revolution-driven transformation. Erdem holds a mechanical engineering M.Sc. degree from Istanbul Technical University and has pursued executive training in Digital Transformation, Disruptive Strategy, and Sustainability. He is also highly committed to driving technological advancements and supporting skill transformation among his team members.
