Kamilla Badalova is Director of Materials Management for bp’s Gulf of America and Canada business. In this role Kamilla is responsible for the strategic and day to day delivery of the physical supply chain including driving transformation of materials management service supporting one of the biggest bp’s businesses.
With 19+ years’ experience in the industry & bp, Kamilla has worked in variety of procurement roles across Azerbaijan, Georgia, Turkey, UK and US supporting operations, wells and projects and has led several procurement transformation projects.
Kamilla is passionate about people development and believes people together with innovation are key to delivering business strategy. She is a diversity champion within BP and has been a long-time supporter of women’s career development as part of several initiatives & networks such as Bp Women International Network, Women’s Energy Network (Houston Chapter) and bp Global Reach.
Kamilla holds MBA degrees from Arizona State University and master’s in international relations from Azerbaijan University of Languages.
Kamilla is a proud mom of 2 girls, Ayla (14) and Leyli (11).
