In her current function, Catherine is leading the digital transformation in Industry within Michelin; it represents more than 70 sites in 17 countries on the 3 continents. She is focusing on the digital transformation for the 50,000 frontline workers and she put in place a BOTTOM-UP method to support her vision and associated strategies. She had experiences in different domains, including R&D, marketing, sales, distribution and now industry. She focuses on strategy and transformation in order to put new products on the market, create new way of working and new mindsets for people. Her extra professional activities focus on protecting of environment: she manage 20ha of forests and she is a herbalist and beekeeper. Catherine is from France and holds a diploma of engineer from EFREI school at Paris.
