Akshat Thirani is the CEO and Co-founder of Amper, the company behind the FactoryOS—a reimagined MES powered by AI. As a fourth-generation manufacturer, Akshat grew up immersed on the shop floor, giving him a firsthand understanding of the challenges manufacturers face. He founded Amper with a mission to help manufacturers unlock their full potential through practical, transformative technology.

Akshat holds a BS in Computer Science from Northwestern University and has been recognized on the Forbes 30 Under 30 and SME’s 30 Under 30 lists for his contributions to industrial technology. Based in Chicago, Akshat is passionate about making AI accessible on the shop floor, bringing innovation to one of the world’s most essential industries.
