About the speaker: Maryam Mellatdoust is the SVP of Global Innovation Quality for The Estée Lauder Companies. She is a global quality leader and expert at developing and implementing quality systems designed to meet consumer expectations and drive continuous quality improvement. Prior to joining The Estée Lauder Companies, she worked on driving quality for La Mer, Clinique, MAC, Joe Malone, and Tom Ford. She also served as a quality leader for Shiseido and Coty, leading quality for brands, such as Calvin Klein, Marc Jacob, Adidas, OPI, Gucci, and more. She holds a Master of Science in Environmental Technology Management from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from Ege University in Turkey. She is a regular guest speaker at Columbia University and a lecturer at Rutgers University. She also serves as an executive sponsor and mentor for the Women in Supply Chain Network Group.
