Rada Rodriguez is the CEO of Signify GmbH since May 2021, overseeing the DACH, Nordics and Eastern Europe markets as Commercial Leader. With over 30 years of diverse industry experience, she previously served on the management board of Schneider Electric GmbH Germany from 2009 to 2021, including as CEO from 2009 to 2016. Her roles at Schneider Electric involved strategic leadership across Europe and globally, focusing on decentralized energy, industrial policy, and the European Green Deal. Beyond her role at Signify, Rodriguez is board member of ZVEI since 2014 and has served as its Vice President since 2020, chairing its Sustainability Working Group. Between 2019 and 2023 she was President of Orgalim, representing over 750,000 European industrial manufacturing companies. Rodriguez has a technical background with a MSc. degree in Construction Engineering. With many years as leader, she always shows true passion for leadership topics.
