Bret Lowell is Vice President of Digital Technology at Raytheon, where he leads enterprise-wide digital strategy, innovation, and transformation initiatives. With over 20 years at Raytheon, he has held progressive leadership roles spanning engineering, systems integration, and digital modernization. He brings deep technical expertise from earlier roles at Intel and Hughes Aircraft Company, where he focused on RF/IF design, high-speed digital systems, and satellite ground station development. Bret began his career as an engineer at EDS Group, specializing in UNIX system administration and network design. He holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Michigan State University.
