Dave is a technically dynamic Head of Quality who leads from the front with the execution of goals that impact the organization’s regulatory compliance and thereby reducing risk. Dave has
broad experience in pharmaceutical, biologics and combination products including areas of design assurance, quality systems, quality control, and validation across the FDA/MDD/JPAL/MDSAP regulatory systems. With 25+ years of experience in roles from Quality, Validation, and Process Engineering to site quality management for companies such as Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals, B. Braun Medical, Medtronic, Boston Scientific, Abbott Labs, Dave has utilized his education in Mechanical Engineering and Engineering Management from the University of Texas to coach organizations on making risk-based decisions in a highly regulated environment. Dave recognizes that it is all about the team and how you as a leader help them achieve the objectives, learning in a multitude of ways to adapt and overcome issues.
