He has diverse experience in Pharmaceutical, Biologics and Device manufacturing with focus on Supply Chain & Quality Management of globally regulated products. He has a strong knowledge of Quality Management, Lean Operations (design/implementation & leadership), Supply Chain, & Production Systems, with advanced knowledge and application of good manufacturing practice. He also has wide experience across functions in Packaging, Solid Oral Dosage and Aseptic Manufacturing & Cell Culture processes for viral antigen production. Heath has led, mentored and delivered significant financial and compliance/quality improvements, and has developed and led multiple strategic transformation initiatives.
