About the speaker: Hannafia Spånberg studied at Lunds University within the area of electronic engineering. She started her career in automotive industry as a software engineer at Scania 2006. In 2011 she started her first position at BorgWarner as a software engineer. Over the 10 upcoming years she continued her career with positions such as Sales Manager, Project leader and several Management positions with increased levels of responsibility. In 2021 she started her current position as Director of engineering in the business unit Drivetrain and Battery Systems in Europe. With her solid background from the industry and her strict focus on keeping the customer and her employees in the first position, she leads her organization in the transition to create a Cleaner, More Energy-Efficient World.
