In this role, he focused on creating a growth & inclusive culture through leadership, learning, diversity & inclusion, talent acquisition, talent management, employee experience and transformation for IBM.Mr. Louissaint brings over 21 years of experience working at IBM across multiple geographies, senior-level positions, and business units to Aptiv in the areas of workforce management, diversity, talent management, and delivery. Mr. Louissaint received a Bachelor’s in Industrial and Labor relations from Cornell University.
