About the Speaker: Henry Artalejo is the SVP of Global Human Resources at Griffith Foods, a position he assumed in July 2019. He is responsible for leading the strategic, analytical, and tactical aspects of the people function globally. This position plays a pivotal role in enabling the execution of Griffith Foods’ Purpose-driven strategy through and with people throughout the organization. He brings 25 years of leadership experience in global human resources with leading companies including Motorola, Lucent Technologies, Sara Lee (based in Utrecht, Netherlands), Diesel, and Godiva.  Most recently, he served as Vice President of Human Resources, North America for Ingredion Incorporated. In addition to a breadth of generalist HR leadership, he brings specialist depth in talent management, learning & development, and diversity & inclusion. He also speaks fluent Spanish. Henry holds a master’s degree in business administration from DePaul University’s Kellstadt Graduate School of Management, in Chicago, Illinois, and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
