Mr. Szczepkowski joined the company in 2000 as a Mechanical Design Engineer right out of college and held multiple positions in the company during his tenure. After a short leave to pursue other opportunities, Mr. Szczepkowski rejoined the company in August of 2012 as the Director of Engineering. In December 2019 Mr. Szczepkowski moved to the Sales and Proposals department, where he became the Proposals Director, leading the proposal management team. In August 2022 Mr. Szczepkowski became Sales Manager focusing on the renewable gas market. Mr. Szczepkowski brings extensive experience in the renewable energy field including anaerobic digestion, waste-to-energy facilities, fluidized bed boilers, circulating fluidized bed boilers, recovery boilers, fluidized bed reactors, and air pollution control equipment. His experience includes all project aspects from sales and engineering team management to execution and service activities.
