at BMS, where she delivers transformative enterprise initiatives to revolutionize E2E Cell Therapy product development, manufacturing and
supply. Prior to BMS Celia comes from Kite, a Gilead company, where she was the head of Business Strategy & Operations within Cell
Therapy Manufacturing. Her professional tenure also spans across Monitor Deloitte Consulting, to Novartis and Biogen. Celia has a MS
degree in Chemical Engineering from University of Colorado, Boulder focusing on Tissue Engineering research. She also has an MBA degree
from UCLA Anderson School of Management with a focus in Strategy & Finance.
