Jette Thykær is an accomplished professional in the field of Cell Therapy Process Development. Currently serving as a Director at Novo Nordisk with an impressive background in process optimization, development, and upscaling for stem cell applications. For the past decade she been with Novo Nordisk and has led the Manufacturing Development tech transfer team for the Hemophilia portfolio as well as headed up an API manufacturing facility. She therefore has substantial experience from API manufacturing and development, including tech transfers and process qualifications. Before joining Novo Nordisk, she made significant academic contributions within cultivation and fermentation technologies during her position as Associate Professor at the Technical University of Denmark. She holds a PhD in Biotechnology also from the Technical University of Denmark (DTU).
