Sabine Krummel-Mihajlovic is an accomplished HR Leader of Stryker, a global leader in medical technologies. In her current role as Vice President for HR, Sabine leads the Human Resources function of Stryker in Europe. Over the course of Sabine’s career of more than 20 years at Stryker, she held multiple global leadership roles. Sabine is a strong advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion and is the executive sponsor of Stryker’s European DE&I taskforce. Sabine brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in the areas of employee engagement and talent development, topics she is very passionate about. Sabine holds a degree in Law and is a certified Coach.
