As a customer centric Executive in Global MedTech leadership, I have a passion for improving clinical and economic outcomes for the patient, physician and payer.  Throughout my career I have seen many innovative technologies fail to overcome the market access hurdles that exist, be it regulatory, reimbursement or acceptance into standard of care, meaning an opportunity to improve patient’s lives is lost.  Driving a bench to bedside strategy for new technology adoption has been what has steered my career over the last 27 years, both within start-up companies and major international businesses.  I am an ardent advocator for change in healthcare, and my current role as Chief Medical Office, EVP RA & QA for Mölnlycke Healthcare provides a great opportunity for thought leadership in this space.
