Liming Wang is VP of Manufacturing Finance at onsemi, where he oversees global manufacturing finance operations and provides strategic leadership across the company’s extensive semiconductor production network. In this role, she drives financial planning, operational excellence, and cost optimization initiatives that support onsemi’s rapid growth and transformation. Prior to joining onsemi in 2022, she spent nearly six years at Western Digital, serving as VP and Senior Director of Manufacturing Finance. She played a pivotal role in integrating SanDisk following its acquisition, overseeing $5B+ in annual COGS, managing complex global operations, and partnering with executive leadership on capacity expansion, cost reduction, and ERP implementation. Earlier in his career, he spent over 15 years at Maxim Integrated, where she held senior finance leadership positions, including Executive Director of Corporate Finance and Worldwide Manufacturing Finance Controller. In these roles, she led corporate FP&A, developed long-term financial models, managed global CapEx strategies, and drove strategic business unit performance reviews. She holds an MBA from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and is fluent in both English and Chinese.
