Arul joined Axplora in July 2022. He is a chartered Chemical Engineer from the UK with an MBA from INSEAD and has been a General Manager, Executive Coach, and Commercial Negotiator for over 25 years. He specifically led Commercial (Marketing & Sales) and Operational (Technical Operations & Supply Chain) organisations at Novartis, Baxalta & Shire in several countries. He has also served as CEO of a Swiss Biologics CDMO.
