Jennifer Boada-Rodriguez is the Director of Global Oral Care Packaging at Colgate-Palmolive Co. In her role, Jennifer is responsible for delivering the Oral Care Packaging Innovation Pipeline, coordinating the category packaging Fund the Growth projects, sustainability initiatives, and leading continuous improvement activities. Jennifer has over 20 years experience managing package development for Global and regional markets. Her specialties lie in consumer goods packaging and implementing new packaging innovations. She is also part of the cross functional team who worked on a first-of-it’s-kind recyclable toothpaste tube at Colgate-Palmolive as recognized by the Association of Plastic Recyclers for its breakthrough technology. Jennifer has her B.S. in Engineering from Rutgers University and a M.S. in Engineering Management from New Jersey Institute of Technology.
