Rebecca Teeters

Dr. Rebecca Powers Teeters, holds a PH.D., in Chemistry from the University of Missouri-Columbia and brings 27 plus years of dedication, commitment and leadership to 3M. She has served in a variety of roles of increasing responsibility over the course her career including Manufacturing Forensic Chemist, Six Sigma Black Belt, Plant Manager, Manufacturing and Supply Chain Director/VP for several businesses, Global Enterprise Operations Vice President of Strategy and Execution, and Senior Vice President of Fluoromaterial Stewardship. Rebecca now serves as the Senior Vice President of Fluoromaterial Stewardship and President Chemical Operations LLC where she leads 3M’s global chemical business and global operations while continuing to represent the company on Fluoromaterial Stewardship.
