Guy Mills

Guy Mills was appointed Vice President, Supply Chain Strategy and Technology in April 2023. In this role, he leads Strategic Project Management, Supply Chain Analytics, Data and Technology, and the VISTA/NextGen Supply Chain Program. Previously, Guy served as Vice President, Supply Chain for the Care and Connection Group, overseeing seven business units with over $3 billion in revenue.

Guy has extensive experience in supply chain management, having held various leadership positions at Clorox since 2008, including roles in Supply Chain Planning, Cost Savings/Margin Enhancement, and the Professional Products Division. Before joining Clorox, he spent 14 years in strategy and operations consulting and held positions at Kellogg’s, Ford, and Lexmark.

Guy holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Northwestern University and a master’s degree in engineering management from Wayne State University. He has also completed executive programs at MIT Sloan School of Management. In his personal life, Guy is an avid triathlete and an advocate for STEM, leadership, and personal development.
