Lucas Pankey is Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Textron Aviation, where he leads global IT strategy, digital transformation, and innovation initiatives. With more than 20 years of experience spanning the U.S. Air Force and aerospace manufacturing, he combines technical expertise with a mission-driven approach to leadership. He is passionate about leveraging artificial intelligence, automation, and data analytics to enhance agility, performance, and customer value. Prior to his current role, he held leadership positions in data, infrastructure, and IT project management at Textron Aviation. He earned an MBA in Business Analytics and Information Management and a BBA in IT Management from Wichita State University.
