Tim Romley is a Senior Solutions Engineer at iBase-t, where he leverages his expertise in manufacturing engineering and process optimization to deliver innovative solutions for complex industrial challenges. Over more than a decade in engineering roles, he has specialized in continuous improvement, new product introduction, and industrial process efficiency, applying Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen principles to drive measurable results. Prior to iBase-t, he held positions at Viasat, where he optimized manufacturing operations and led cross-functional initiatives to improve throughput and reduce cycle times, and at Clean Bottle, where he gained experience in operations and sales in a start-up environment. He holds a BS in Industrial Technology from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, and is certified as an IPC Trainer (WHMA-A-620).
