Gregg Burgess is Vice President of Space Systems at General Atomics, where he leads a diverse portfolio spanning scientific and defense spacecraft, advanced missile warning sensors, weather systems, and optical communications technologies. With over 30 years of leadership experience, he has managed multi-hundred-million-dollar P&Ls and generated more than $7 billion in revenue through strategic proposals, technology development, M&A, and post-merger integration. Prior to General Atomics, he held senior roles at Sierra Nevada Corporation and Orbital Sciences Corporation, driving innovation in national security space programs. He holds BS and MS degrees in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from MIT.
