Roy Donelson serves as Sector Vice President of Engineering for Defense Systems at Northrop Grumman, where he leads a global team of over 8,000 engineers. He is responsible for technical strategy, innovation adoption, program performance, and talent development across a diverse defense portfolio, including C4 Missile Defense, Battle Management, Mission Support, and Weapons Systems. Prior to joining Northrop Grumman, he held executive roles at Raytheon, leading strategic missile defense programs, international operations, and innovation initiatives. With decades of engineering and program leadership experience, he is known for driving performance improvement, modernization, and mission success. He also serves on the advisory board for the University of Arizona College of Engineering and supports military families through his board work with DM50 in Tucson, Arizona.
