biotech, and vaccines industries. She is presently leading the delivery of aseptic manufacturing for a $4.1B USD greenfield site in Clayton, North Carolina; she is focused on safely delivering a
technologically advanced, sustainable site with flexibility for the future. Becca has a passion for building and leading teams to drive growth and change to improve outcomes for patients. Across her career, Becca has helped her teams succeed by creating focus, cultivating
inclusion, and fostering mentorship. Becca holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University, along with an MBA and a Master’s in Chemical Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). In her free time, she is an avid enthusiast of hot yoga and cycling.
