Patrick Hinojosa is the Senior Vice President of Pharma Supply Chain at Bayer, where he leads global end-to-end supply chain strategy and operations for the company’s pharmaceutical division. Based in Berlin, Patrick brings over 16 years of leadership experience at Bayer, spanning procurement, internal manufacturing, and supply chain transformation across multiple divisions including Pharmaceuticals, Consumer Health, and Crop Science. Prior to his current role, he served as SVP of Procurement for Bayer’s Technical Community, overseeing strategic sourcing and supplier partnerships across the life sciences portfolio. His previous roles include Vice President of Procurement for Pharmaceuticals Product Supply and Internal Manufacturing, as well as Global Head of Supply Chain for Bayer Environmental Science. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Penn State University.
