Aileen Barreto Rivera is VP of Supply Chain Quality for the Med Tech division of Johnson & Johnson. Her career at J&J spans 25+ years with roles in manufacturing, plant management, quality operations, and supply chain. In her role she is focusing on digitizing supply chain quality processes to create the foundation for future AI implementation. She has experience in process optimization, lean manufacturing, quality management, product transfer, and operational excellence. She holds a BS in Electrical Engineering and is based in Boston.
