Christoph Schmotz is the Vice President, R&D CCS at Baxter, with additional responsibilities. Prior to joining Baxter, he held various leadership roles in R&D at Hillrom, including Vice President, Executive Director. Before Hillrom, Christoph Schmotz worked at Trumpf Medical as the Head of Portfolio Management for Surgical Tables and Integration of Robotics and Imaging, and as a Portfolio Manager for Surgical Tables. He holds a Master’s degree in Engineering, Biomedical from the University of Applied Science, Jena, Germany, and is fluent in German, English, and Polish.
