Michael Fromm is a seasoned Packaging Manager at Unilever with over 15 years of diverse packaging experience across point-of-purchase solutions and skin care innovation. Currently responsible for Skin Care Packaging for North America, he leads cross-functional initiatives to deliver impactful packaging that balances design, supply chain efficiency, cost targets, and sustainability goals. He has played a key role in shaping category innovation plans while driving improvements in packaging’s environmental footprint. Earlier in his career, he managed a team of 13 engineers executing over 3,000 special pack and display projects annually. He successfully led a major organizational transformation and established a global gift packaging capability and training program. Prior to that, he focused on permanent displays and merchandising innovation, building strategic supplier partnerships and improving global capabilities. He holds a B.S. in Packaging Science from Michigan State University and an MBA from the University of Hartford. He is a proud member of Pi Kappa Gamma, the Packaging Honor Society.
