With over 15 years of experience in packaging innovation, supplier development, and process improvement, she has a proven track record of driving corporate and operational excellence through robust supply chain networks. She oversees packaging innovation, execution, and sustainability, ensuring alignment with global standards and business objectives. Prior to her current role, she held multiple leadership positions at Suntory Global Spirits, including Director of Packaging and Supplier Quality, Senior Manager of Packaging Lab & Specifications, Manager of Packaging R&D, and Senior Packaging Engineer. Before joining Suntory, she worked at Kraft Heinz as a Senior Packaging Technologist, where she successfully implemented value-engineering projects that generated $6 million in cost savings. She also received multiple patents for innovative packaging designs. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Packaging from Michigan State University and an MBA in Management from Robert Morris University.
