Joshua Fishman is Associate Director of Brand Portfolio Value Creation for Beauty & Wellbeing North America at Unilever. With over 15 years of experience in brand management, he is a passionate and entrepreneurial marketing leader known for reinvigorating legacy brands, launching innovations from concept to shelf, and driving measurable growth across categories. He has held key roles leading beloved Unilever brands such as Suave, St. Ives, and Simple, with oversight of strategy, product development, communications, digital engagement, and eCommerce. In his current role, he leads brand value creation initiatives and special projects, leveraging consumer insights and a data-driven approach to unlock brand potential across the Beauty & Wellbeing portfolio. Outside of Unilever, he actively contributes to talent development and serves on the Advisory Board for the Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University, his alma mater. He is committed to mentoring future business leaders and championing purpose-driven marketing that connects with today’s consumers.
