Dr. Laura Bix is the Associate Dean of Graduate Studies at Michigan State University’s College of Agriculture and Natural Resources and Interim Director of the School of Packaging. She applies analytics to enhance teaching, decision-making, and resource allocation in higher education, while shaping graduate education strategies and supporting HLC accreditation. With over two decades at MSU, her research centers on the human-packaging interface to improve health outcomes, supported by NIH, NSF, and USDA. Dr. Bix has advised panels for the FDA, CDC, and ISO, and her work has earned her recognition, including a Phi Kappa Phi award and CIC Fellowship.
