Katie Holman is the VP of Supply Chain, Meals and Baking Operating Unit at General Mills. She is the VP of Supply Chain for General Mills’ $4B+ Meals and Baking Operating Unit. In this role, she leads strategy and execution across planning, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, and engineering—partnering cross-functionally to drive value across the supply chain. Prior to this, she served as Chief of Staff to the Chief Supply Chain Officer and Director of Business Performance Management, where she oversaw strategic alignment and operations for the global supply chain team. Katie previously held multiple leadership roles at General Mills, including Director of Supply Chain for the Global India Center in Mumbai, where she led a 325+ member team and established a Global Planning Center of Excellence. Her experience also spans roles in manufacturing, engineering, and continuous improvement. She began her career at Anheuser-Busch InBev, holding progressive roles in operations, maintenance, and brewing leadership. She holds an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Virginia.
