Kevin Marshall is the Senior Creative Director of Design, Global Packaging and Content. As Microsoft’s Senior Creative Director of Packaging and Content (PAC), he leads a world-class team of designers and content creators. He is responsible for the vision and creative strategy behind Microsoft’s global packaging systems across its product portfolio, including Surface, Xbox, Mixed Reality, and more. HE believes that intuitive, connected, and well-crafted packaging is one of a brand’s most vital assets in building meaningful consumer relationships. With every customer touchpoint, his team aims to deliver packaging experiences that are both sustainable and accessible. Before joining Microsoft, he served as Creative Director at Marc Rosen Associates (MRA), a New York-based, award-winning branding and design firm specializing in luxury, beauty, and consumer packaged goods. Prior to that, he was the Global Packaging Design Director for Avon Products, Inc., where he oversaw packaging for all global brands and sales channels.
