Dominique De Jaeger is Vice President, Autologous CAR-T Supply Chain in the Innovative Medicines segment of Johnson & Johnson. In this role he oversees all Supply Chain aspects of the rapidly expanding, personalized CAR-T therapy, including strategy development, business planning and coordination with R&D, Commercial and other key stakeholders. He is responsible for the supply and capacity expansion of Carvykti, J&J’s first autologous CAR-T product, which is being developed in close partnership with Legend Biotech. Previously, as Vice President of Manufacturing, Dominique was responsible for all of the Small Molecules Plants in J&J’s Pharmaceutical segment, this included Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient and Drug Product sites. He also worked as Vice President of API Development in R&D and was General Manager of the Janssen Inc. API site located in Athens, Georgia.  Dominique holds a Master’s degree in Biochemical Engineering from Ghent University in Belgium and an International MBA from Vlerick School of Management in Leuven, Belgium.
