Pascal Brun, VP, Sustainability and D&I at Zalando. He is the VP of Sustainability and D&I at Zalando. He has had a diverse and accomplished career in the fashion industry spanning over 20 years. He has held key roles in product management, supply chain management, and sustainability. His career began in China at the former fashion label Camaïeu, where he served as a Material and Development Manager. He then spent 17 years at H&M, where he led supply chain and sustainability teams and worked in various global locations, including Bangladesh, Hong Kong, and Sweden. In September 2023, he joined Zalando in Berlin, where he now leads the Sustainability and Diversity & Inclusion teams. His educational background includes a Master’s degree in Chemistry and a degree in Textile Engineering.
