Michael is the Practice Leader for Verizon’s Manufacturing, Energy and Utilities (MEU) team. This group of industry experts drives strategic business development across all Verizon Global Enterprise accounts in industrial markets. He is also responsible for providing thought leadership and knowledge share across a wide spectrum of external and internal customers. Michael has been a key leader in some of Verizon’s most exciting and innovative Industry 4.0 projects.

Michael’s expertise covers multiple technology disciplines including 5G/4G LTE, Private Wireless Networks, Edge Computing, Neutral Host Networks and Internet of Things. Michael also has extensive experience in contact center/customer experience, cybersecurity, and managed services.

Prior to Verizon, Michael has founded and led IT professional services firms, and also held sales leadership roles at leading contact center solution providers. Michael received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Amherst College and his Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine University.
