With a strong focus on driving sustainability, digitalisation, and resilience in the supply chain, she plays a pivotal role in transforming Autoliv. In her current position, she spearheads digitalisation efforts and streamlines logistics standards and processes globally. She also takes charge of driving activities and targets related to emissions across Autoliv’s expansive supply chain. Driven by her commitment to sustainability and innovation, she is instrumental in shaping Autoliv’s supply chain for the future. Prior to joining Autoliv, she founded Gisela Linge Consulting, where she offered her expertise in corporate strategy and development. Before this, she held the position of Director of Corporate Strategy and Development at Webasto Group. She also served as a Senior Manager at Deloitte, providing strategic insights and guidance to various clients in the automotive sector. Additionally, she held positions at renowned companies such as BMW Group and McKinsey & Company. Dr. Linge holds a Ph.D. in Antitrust Economics and Innovation Economics from The Philipp University of Marburg. She also holds a Master’s degree in International Relations and Economics from Duke University. She has further enhanced her professional credentials with a Sustainable Procurement for Professionals certification from the Sustainable Procurement Institute and certification as a ScrumMaster (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance.
